A free award-winning education course for adults with Type 2 Diabetes will be running in Kildare Town and Blessington in April.
The X-PERT Course is facilitated by Laura McNamara , HSE Senior Community Diabetes Dietitian.
X-PERT is a free 6 week course and provides you with the skills to learn about diet, exercise, medications and other lifestyle factors to help you manage your diabetes.
Courses are running in Kildare Town Library starting on Monday 9th April 10am – 12.30pm and Blessington Primary Care Centre on Wednesday 11th April 10am – 12.30pm.
Places are limited and you must register to attend.
