An uphill struggle for Kildare as they go into the second half of the quarter final of the Bord GAis U21 Hurling B C'ship in Limerick.
Jack Sullivan opened the scoring for the Kingdom, quickly followed by a superb goal by Kildare's Jack Sheridan.
The Lilywhites hopes were high but within minutes, Kerry began showing their dominance winning most of the puck outs, dominating mid field and showing their class securing long range points at ease.
Kerry's Shane Conway is running free with the Kingdom players continuing to make solo runs and scoring at ease.
After the 11 mins, Kerry scored a second goal, to give them a 1-07 lead to Kildare's 1-01.
Despite scoring two more points in the closing quarter, Kildare have it all to do, even with the wind advantage in the second half.
Kerry's 15 scores to Kildare's 4 will need some dramatic changes from the sidelines to redress the balance and give the Lilywhties a fighting chance. .....
