A total of 221 customers near Lullymore have been without electricity since 12 noon today due to a fault in the network.
Some households reported a blackout in the area as early as 9.30am.
ESB Networks said it expected to have supply restored by 2pm.
A spokesperson said: "We apologise for the loss of supply. We are currently working to repair a fault and will restore power as quickly as possible."
