A well-known bar in Maynooth is planning major changes.
O'Neill's Bar & Steak House wants to convert its Lounge into a Restaurant.
The premises on the corner of Main Street and Kelly's Lane is also proposing a new entrance door and signage and a new entrance lobby.
Planning permission has been applied for change of use from the existing Lounge to dedicated
Restaurant at first floor level to include new kitchen and store.
The existing staircase will be removed to provide new male and female toilets over the existing ground
floor level escape staircase onto Kelly's Lane.
The new toilets will include a disabled toilet.
The existing staircase beside the new kitchen at first floor level will reach the ground floor level for use as escape
route to the rear yard.
