A four-bed home in a new residential estate in Co Kildare was sold for a staggering €409,691 earlier this month.
A deal was agreed on April 1 for the property (similar to pictured) in Esmonde Avenue in Clane.
The entire estate includes only 35 homes in total.
Elsewhere, a home in Racecourse Gate outside Naas went to a buyer for €364, 318 in April.
The cheapest property sold was €80,000 for No 40 on Eyre Street in Newbridge.
According to the PropertyRegister.ie website, a total of 20 residential properties have been sold across Co Kildare so far in April.
