A man who was residing in a storage unit at the bottom of his ex-partner's garden has been barred from entering the vicinity of the family home, including the garden, for three years.
Evidence was given at Naas Court by his ex-wife and mother of his teenage children how he is a 'great person when sober.'
The court heard how her ex-husband has lost several jobs over the past few months and has broken up with a previous partner.
She outlined that she is 'terrified' by the 'calibre' of the people who are arriving at her door as she fears that her husband has debts.
Evidence was given how the couple have been separated for several years and how on one occasion during their separation she went on a dinner date with another person and was called 'horrific names' by her ex-partner.
Judge John Cheattle ordered a barring order for three years.
