A Midlands man has appeared before Naas District Court in connection to a charges under the Child Pornography Act.
The man aged in his 60s is facing a number of charges dating to July 2014, in connection to Section 6 (1) of the Child Pornography Act.
Judge Flan Brennan ordered that the accused be sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Naas Circuit Court on May 7.
