THE Ladies Gaelic Football Association announced earlier this week that today's fixture between Kildare and Sligo in the Lidl Ladies National Football League Div 3 Rd 7 will be streamed LIVE on the LGFA’s Facebook Page.
The clash begins from Tubbercurry at 2pm features the two county teams who have their sights firmly set on a place in the Division 3 semi-finals.
Sligo will be through if they can take care of visitors Kildare, while a win for the Lilywhites, and defeat for Wicklow against Longford, would see both Sligo and Kildare advance.
Ahead of the final round of group fixtures, It’s a Division in which lots of permutations are at play – and Sunday’s Round 7 will decide all.
On Sunday, the MAC AV team will bring you all of the action LIVE from Tubbercurry, with commentary provided by Jerome Quinn and former Shauna Henry, who captained Sligo champions Tourlestrane to an All-Ireland Junior Club Final appearance in 2018.
In a new departure this year, the LGFA has streamed a game from each of the regulation rounds of the National League – and a selected fixture or fixtures from the semi-finals will be screened LIVE.
