A tapas restarant in Co Kildare is being converted into a Japanase restaurant.
An application was made at Naas District Court on behalf of the Las Rada premises on New Row in Naas.
The court heard that the new owners also run the Tani restaurant which specialises in Japanese food in Terenure, Dublin.
A transfer of the drinks licence was granted by Judge Desmond Zaidan.
