Kildare County Council have said that the removal of the final crane from the undeveloped Naas Shopping Centre has been delayed until next weekend at least.
The removal of the cranes at the half-built shopping centre began last weekend and there is just one remaining crane at the site, but there will be delays in taking the final one away.
The council stated that the process of removing the last crane will not commence until next Friday September 14, and that will be subject to weather conditions and availability of the necessary equipment.
"The removal of the final crane at the Naas Shopping Centre has been deferred to the weekend commencing Friday 14 September, subject to weather conditions and availability of the necessary equipment.
