The teenager, who is a juvenile, appeared before Naas Juvenile Court, on Thursday, represented by Mr Timmy Kennelly. He is facing charges in connection  to the former Forge Pub in Naas.

He is facing a charge of criminal damage to three security cameras, at Craddockstown Road, Naas, on March 20, 2018.

He said: "Due to the seriousness of the allegations, and that the co-accused will be before the Circuit Court, I am refusing jurisdiction."

Judge Zaidan imposed reporting restrictions due to the age of the accused.
A strict curfew has been imposed on the accused.
