A woman and man appeared before Naas District Court facing a charge of having dogs worrying sheep.
Evidence was heard how on November 22, 2016, at Friarstown, Kildare, two dogs were shot by a landowner, who claims that they were worrying his sheep.
No sheep were killed.
Both dogs are now dead.
Judge Desmond Zaidan has ordered the man and woman facing a charge of having dogs worrying sheep, to appear again before Naas District Court, on December 20, next.
