Plans have been submitted to Kildare County Council for a large housing development in south Kildare.
The project, which is being planned by Kestorra Limited, will be located on Fuller's Court Road in Ballitore and is worth an estimated €5.7 million.
The development would consist of 53 new homes.
48 of those would be two-storey terraced/joined houses, while there will be two two-storey blocks each containing a one bedroom and two bedroom maisonette units, and one detached bungalow.
Kildare County Council are currently considering the plans.
