Planning permission has been lodge for 96 apartments on Station Road in Newbridge.
The apartments will be in two four-storey blocks of mostly 2-bedroom units.
Access roads, surface car parking and landscaping are also included in the designs.
Kildare Co Council will have eight weeks to consider the application but may request further information on the proposals.
