It will be another relatively cold afternoon around Kildare today, but it should remain dry for the most part.
Mostly cloudy and damp at first today, with rain and drizzle in many areas. But cooler, drier, brighter weather with sunny spells will develop in the northwest early this morning and extend southeastwards to most places this afternoon. Afternoon temperatures will range from about 7 or 8 degrees in parts of the north to 11 or 12 degrees Celsius in southern counties.
Cold tonight with clear periods and frost in many places in overnight lows of -1 to +2 degrees Celsius, fog developing also and becoming dense in places overnight as winds fall off very light. Not as cold near the west coast and in southwest and west Munster with overnight lows of 4 or 5 degrees.
