This one-minute VIDEO will give women a sneak peek into a career in the Defence Forces.
A female recruit is shown taking part in many aspects of Army life such as a peacekeeper, a chef, an engineer or a mechanic.
The footage takes us through the gruelling training regime as well as the central role that sport plays in the job.
The video posted on Facebook ends with the slogan: "You've been training all your life for this job. You just didn't know it."
