A man appeared before Naas District Court facing charges of being found in possession of €10 worth of cannabis.
Evidence was given at Naas District Court how the accused was found in possession of €10 worth of cannabis on June 29, 2016, at Blessington.
The court heard how the accused from Co Wicklow made admissions at the scene and had no previous convictions.
Judge Brian O'Shea adjourned the case until March 8, next, so that €300 can be paid to St Vincent de Paul.
He was given three months to pay.
The Judge ruled that if €300 was paid to St Vincent de Paul, then a Section 1a Probation Act would be imposed.
