There has been planning permission granted to build 119 residential houses on the property, while there are also plans to build a creche on the site. The land is up for sale for a princely sum of €1,750,000 through property agents Savills, which could be seen as good value due to the works that have already been carried out on the site, and the potential for further developments.
Located along Dublin Road(R445) and just a few minutes’ drive to the M7 Motorway and Monasterevin Town Centre, the land extends to 5.56 hectares approximately.
It is adjacent to several quality residential developments, the Monasterevin GAA club and various local amenities.
The development site benefits from a grant of planning permission for the construction of 119 residential units and a creche. However, three of the 119 housing sites are not included in the sale as per grant of planning permission to omit plots 34, 35 and 36 from the scheme.
Site resolution works have been carried out by the vendors in the immediate vicinity of those houses which have been developed to include a top coat of tarmacadam, fencing and landscaping. A pumping station has also been developed on the lands adjoining the built scheme which feeds into the town’s sewerage network.
