There are major plans in place to change the traffic system on the Liffey Quays in Dublin City.
City Council plans would see a continuous cycle path from Heuston Station to the docks, but private cars and lorries would be banned from Ellis and Arran quays.
Instead these vehicles would be diverted through Stoneybatter and Smithfield.
