Network Ireland and the Kildare Branch is meeting in Killashee House Hotel outside Naas this evening.
The SBCI (Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland) will give a presentation on the methods of getting finance for business at much lower costs.
The SBCI will invite a local businessperson who has availed of their services to speak about their experiences.
The Kildare Branch will also hear from the Credit Review Office about how to get information on credit ratings.
The agenda also includes an address by new Dail TD Fiona O'Loughlin on her experiences as a woman in business.
