The Fine Gael Parliamentary Party is meeting in the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge early next week.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny will join TDs and Senators for the annual gathering which will take place in the town on Monday and Tuesday.
Local TD Martin Heydon will have a prominent role in proceedings as chairman of the parliamentary party.
Many of the 50 TDs and 19 Senators are expected to stay overnight in the popular four-star hotel on the Curragh Road.
Security is usually tight at this event every year due to the possibility of protests taking place.
A discreet Garda presence is expected to be maintained at the Keadeen over the course of Monday and Tuesday.
