A Co Kildare mother-of-two is looking for witnesses to a near-miss accident involving her Mazda 6 car and another vehicle in the Curragh today.

The incident happened on the R413 road near Donnelly's Hollow at 2.50pm.

A black-coloured car nearly crashed straight into the side of the woman's wine-coloured Mazda 6 car.

The Mazda was forced off the road into a raveen, damaging the side of the car.
