The RNLI Lifeboat and the Coast Guard Unit have concluded a search after the body of a man was found off the Wexford coast this afternoon.
It is believed to be the body of a man who has been missing from the Myshall area of Carlow since Sunday evening.
Members of the Gardaí, the Coast Guard and the RNLI lifeboat had been searching the coastline in Wexford after 33-year-old Harold Keogh was reported missing three days ago. The search began at the south pier in Courtown, Wexford, yesterday morning at around 4.30am but the search was continuously hampered by the adverse weather conditions before being called off at 11am.
The body was found after the search resumed this morning.
