The death has occurred of Peter (Peadar) SWEENEY, Thomastown, Caragh, Kildare

Peacefully at Naas hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Christy and Andrew, sister in law Marie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Newbridge from 4pm on Thursday with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Friday morning at 10.15am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady and St. Joseph, Caragh for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Caragh Cemetery.

Donations, if desired, to "The Friends Of Naas General Hospital ". Donations box in Church.

The death has occurred of John GURRIE, Maynooth, Kildare / Navan Road, Dublin

Gurrie, John (Maynooth and formerly of Villa Park Gardens, Navan Road, Dublin 7) August 10th. 2016, (peacefully), at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, after a short illness, surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his loving children James, Grace and Miriam, brothers Paul and Peter, sister Mary, stepmother Brigid, stepbrother Derek, stepsisters Denyse, Ruth and Rhona, brother-in-law George, sister-in-law Marie, uncle, aunts, extended family and friends.

Reposing at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown on Friday evening from 6.00 O’Clock until 8.00 O’Clock with Prayers at 7.30 O’Clock. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Maynooth arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00 O’Clock followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

The death has occurred of Annie GILL (née Reilly), Ticknevin, Carbury, Kildare

Peacefully at home with her loving family. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Mike, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her Home from 6pm this Thursday evening with Rosary at 8pm. Rosary on Friday at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 1.30pm in Holy Trinity Church, Derrinturn followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House private Saturday please.

The death has occurred of Charles J. MCGUINN, Old Leighlin Road, Leighlinbridge, Carlow / Kildare

Suddenly & Peacefully Charles J. pre-deceased by his beloved daughter Hilary. Major General (retired) loving husband of Ella and much loved Father to Berna & Elaine. Deeply regretted by his loving sons-in-law Len, David & Simon, precious grand-children Mary-Kate, Patrick, Hannah & Caroline Roche, Charles & Isobel Lorigan, Conor, Eleanor & Aidan Akester, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in his home from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday with removal to St. Lazerian's Church, Leighlinbridge for 7.30pm Mass. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 11am and burial in Leighlinbridge cemetery.
