Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a shooting incident in Dublin yesterday.
A man in his 40s was hospitalised after being shot in Walkinstown just after 11.30am,
The injured man remains in Tallaght hospital, where his condition is described as serious.
Investigating officers are appealing to anybody who may have been in the Greenhills Rd area of Walkinstown between 11am and 1pm yesterday, and saw or noted the movements of a Seat Ibiza with Registration Number 97-D-44770.
