Raheens GAA Club in Caragh has been granted a licence for a Barn Dance on August 20.
Club chairman Mark Murphy told Naas District Court that staff working at the event would be fully trained in fire safety.
Mr Murphy also said he will liaise with Naas Garda Station on traffic management issues.
Judge Desmond Zaidan also ordered that local residents are not inconvenienced by the Barn Dance.
