Rathangan woman Jessica Farrell featured on an RTE documentary for her vast collection of Lego.

The Collectors programme was also unusual in that it was filmed entirely on an iPhone - a first by a broadcaster in Europe.

This one-hour programme was made in-house by the RTÉ Factual Unit and tells the story of six people who are dedicated collectors of everything from Lego to Barbies to Coca Cola memorabilia.

Mother-of-four Jessica (47) spent an entire year recreating Her Majesty's Theatre in London - using almost 60,000 pieces of Lego (below)

A mum-of-four spent 11 months recreating Her Majesty's Theatre in London - using almost 60,000 pieces of LEGO. See NTI story NTILEGO. Jessica Farrell, 46, clocked up 700 hours working around her day job as a market gardener to create the stunning 3.2ft x 3.2ft x 2.6ft (1m x 1m x 0.8m) replica. Model theatre-goers sit in the auditorium and walk on Charles II street outside, while meticulous detail is given to the Grade-II listed building's striking architecture. After a trip to see the Phantom of the Opera with her family in November last year she was so blown away by the evening she knew she had to immortalise the memory. Jessica, who previously made the Lost Valley scene from the original Tomb Raider game and a full size Lego aquarium, set to work on December 14, 2014. Putting in two hours every day before work and after dinner at her home in Kildare in Leinster, Ireland, the keen Lego builder completed her masterpiece on November 16. Now she's carefully deconstructing her 57,992-brick creation to ship over in boxes to London and rebuild it for an exhibition at London's Excel Arena from December 11 - 13.

She clocked up 700 hours working around her day job as a market gardener to create the stunning 3ft-high replica.

Model theatre-goers can be seen sitting in the auditorium and queuing on Charles II Street outside, while meticulous detail is given to the Grade-II listed building's architecture.

Jessica was inspired to build the theatre after she went to see Phantom of the Opera with her family.

She worked on the model for two hours every day before work and after dinner at her home before finishing it last November.

She later boxed the 57,992-brick creation to ship over to London.
