Man ordered to stay away from two hotels including Kilashee House

A man who was arrested in Co Wicklow this morning has been ordered to stay away from the Kilashee House Hotel in Naas.

Evidence was given at Naas District Court today how the accused is being charged with breaching a safety order against his ex-partner.

Superintendent Martin Walker made no objections to bail.

The conditions of bail are that the accused stays away from the Dunfermline Hotel in Co Wicklow, where the injured party resides, and the Kilashee House Hotel, where she is employed.

Judge Desmond Zaidan said: "He is to have no contact with this woman."

The case has been adjourned until October 13.
