Two women are taking legal action against a Co Kildare pub for refusing to allow them to buy drinks.
Lawyers acting for the women made separate applications under Section 19 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 at Naas District Court.
The pub wasn't named in court documents but it's believed to be in the Newbridge area.
It is expected to fully defend the allegations.
The case was adjourned to July 13 for hearing.
