It's going to be another wet day around the country as the poor spell of weather looks set to continue throughout the weekend.
Today will begin with dry spells in most parts of the country, and some outbreaks of sunshine even managing to breakthrough at times. The rain will soon spread across the whole of the country however, and some spot flooding is likely to occur in some areas of the south and east.
Winds will be blustery at times, while temperatures will range from 9-11 degrees.
Further rain and drizzle will take over tonight, with some showers becoming persistent at times. Temperatures will fall to 3-6 degrees overnight.
