An attempted burglary was stopped in its tracks when a Co Kildare home owner was alerted.
The incident took place in the early hours of yesterday morning at Hartwell Road, Kill.
Attempts were made to break into the home at 3.30am, no property was stolen and no access was gained.
However, there were 'indentations' on the outside door.
