Reservoir works are underway in Straffan with disruptions reported in Straffan and parts of Celbridge this morning.
Irish Water says this is likely to impact supply there, to Celbridge and surrounding areas.
The works are scheduled for completion at 5pm this evening.
However, Irish Water says it could take up to 3 hours thereafter for the system to refill, and normal supply to resume.
Meanwhile customers in the Maynooth area are experiencing low water pressure issues this morning.
Irish Water crews are currently investigating the cause of this, updates on how long customers will be effected will be published on www.water.ie and on Kildare County Council website and social media pages as soon as its available.
