Network Ireland Kildare Branch hosted Breakfast Morning event with a difference at the Leixlip Manor Hotel and Gardens on Tuesday.
Health Matters; Mind, Body and Business brought four experts in their fields together to share their tips on how to keep healthy and fit:
- Niamh Mullins from Empowered Health Solutions is a qualified ITEC Practitioner and owner of a Wellness Practice which adopts an holistic approach to self care by empowering her clients to take back control of their health and well being in a natural and safe way.
- Cathy Soraghan NUTRAMINO WINNER – Freelance Trainer of The Year 2019. She has worked with many TV and movie personalities including Daniel Day Lewis and his wife Rebecca Miller, Ursula Halligan, Vincent Browne and members of the Ryanair family, providing exercise solutions for busy people on the go.
- Niamh Swail, owner and resident Chef at The Ivy Cookery School Rathangan has enjoyed a long standing passion for food and teaching. Trained at Cordon Bleu level and as a graduate of Darina Allen’s internationally acclaimed Ballymaloe Cookery School, Niamh has honed and perfected her culinary expertise.
- Sue O’Neill will be speaking on the business element at our event. Sue is the Chairperson of the Small Firms Association and MD of Shellcove (AMC), an Association Management Company which she founded in 2004 and is also on the board of Micro Finance Ireland.
