Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 10 new homes in the Clane area.
The properties will be four-bedroom two storey buildings.
The houses will comprise of:
- 6 semi-detached homes;
- 3 terraced homes;
- 1 detached home.
An entrance and access road to Ballinagappa Road will be built.
Planning permission had originally been applied for in August last and Council's planners had requested further information on the development on two occasions.
