Developers have applied for planning permission for changes to a residential development in Kildare town which has already been approved.
A scheme of ten homes is being built on the Tully Road in the town.
Developers, Kelland Homes Ltd want to change the permitted 3-storey 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses to 2-storey 4-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses.
The properties are earmarked for a site measuring half a hectare.
Kelland Homes Ltd are established for over 40 years and have built schemes across Dublin.
Two years ago, Kelland Homes Ltd was granted permission at Rathbride Road, Kildare Town for over 30 homes and a 2-storey crèche (235m2).
Landscaping, open spaces, car parking were included on the 1.7 hectare site.
