A man appeared before Naas District Court facing a charge in connection to possession of cannabis.
Evidence was heard that the accused was found with cannabis to the value of €2600 in Kildare town.
The court heard how the accused has no previous convictions for drugs, but has seven previous for road traffic.
Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused appear before Naas District Court on July 4, for sentence.
He is on continuing bail.
