Kildare Co Council's planners are still considering an application for planning permission for works at The Leap Inn in Allen.
Further information on the proposed works was submitted on February 15.
The owner wants to demolish part of the rear residential extension and to construct a new two-storey staircase and 1st floor extension.
The ground floor of the building will also be changed from residential use to retail use.
The first floor will be changed from residential use to office use.
Also planned is a pedestrian gate at the site.
