A mum of four was fined €700 for using threatening, insulting and abusive behaviour in an estate in Naas in January.
Gardai said they were called to a disturbance in Oakfield Heights and saw a woman shouting and screaming in an intoxicated state outside a friend's house.
Several people were standing in their doorways watching her behaviour including small children.
The court was told that the defendant had children aged from 5 years old to Leaving Cert age.
She was find €700 under Section 6 of the Public Order Act for using threatening, insulting and abusive behaviour in a public place.
A charge of being drunk in a public place was taken into consideration.
