It's set to be a dry but cool day across Kildare as the weekend begins on quite a good note.
Cloudy in the south and east at first today. Clearer weather will extend from the northwest to all areas with sunny spells developing. Scattered showers in western and northern coastal counties. These will die out this afternoon. It will be cool with highest temperatures of 9-12 degrees and moderate north to northwest breezes.
Tonight will be cold and dry with clear spells. Cloud will increase in the northwest overnight. Lowest temperatures of 0-4 degrees with frost in places.
