A hairdresser who operates her business on a mobile capacity has been banned from driving at Naas District Court.
Evidence was heard how the mother of one was stopped at a Garda checkpoint and was found to be driving over the alcohol limit.
The results were 47microgrammes of alcohol per 100millilitres of breath.
Defence Solicitor, Conal Boyce, said: "She operates as a mobile hairdresser."
He requested that a postponement is put in place for her to make alternative arrangements.
Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused pay a fine of €400, to be paid within six months.
The disqualification will come into effect on February 21, 2019.
